We have a customer here in the Local 1996 Atlanta GA area who comes in asking for a carton of American Spirit Black. We are always sold out. He then asks the cashier to sell him 10 individual packs for the carton price which we can not do and state law doesn't allow it. Is this a standard policy all over Kroger or do some stores vary?
