I don't like to rip on disabled's because I'm one too. However, we have a few wheel chair bound individuals that never learned to be humble and are nasty on top of that. Each time they come in they expect us to hold their hand and be their personal shopper for their entire trip. On top of that they're socially starved so they take twice as long to shop so a regular person we might help in our department for 5-7 min tops them maybe 20+ min. I'm sorry but we can't hold your hand your entire shopping trip. I'm sure you more than likely qualify for an aid assistance especially if you are one, two or quadriplegia due to severe obesity but you can't say I'm go to the store and the staff will have to help me and I'll be a dick about it. We have this one nasty karen who does this and she's a quad due to severe obesity and quite nasty. No one will help her now because of her nastiness and belittling of staff. Each time she came in she'd ask me or someone in the department to do her shopping for her. We told the manager none of us feel comfortable, she's damaged multiple full boxes of product and treats us like s-h-it. If you want help b**itch you need to treat people nicer. You'll never get a job at the store by your home with how you treated us if you ever loose weight and get your life back in order.

Actually its one of the main reasons you are there. Other than to stock shelves and yall do a laughable job at best. your main reason for working here to help is and get anything we ask for and be prompt. you need to VALUE US! never forget we contribute to your tiny weekly check. when we say jump you will ask us how high sir/maam? If not well get management involved and then youll be really sorry. So VALUE US!!
I agree.At my store we used to let courtesy clerks be used as personal shoppers.They would literally stay with whomever they were helping throughout their shopping and get every single thing for them off the shelf and just converse with the customer.We do not do this anymore and if someone needs help throughout their entire shopping trip rather than just an item or 2 then we tell them we can't do it.We used to have 4+courtesy clerks on staff anytime past 9 A.M. before 2020 but these days my store generally has only 1 on staff at all times on weekdays and they have to get the carts off the lot so they just go back and fourth between bagging and getting carts their entire shift so they simply don't have time to shop for people hours have been cut too much.
