Happened in our store last week in the Local 1996 area. Store manager was only in our store two years then last week got bounced out. Kroger presented it as a "promotion" but I did a little digging on store manager disciplinary action and many times if there is a possibility of a wrongful termination lawsuit (especially if the person is a DEI black), Kroger will move that person to a position that does not give them daily contract with store associates, especially if there have been many documented complaints to regional HR. Has this ever happened at your store?
Original poster here: If they were transferred out due to not being able to get along with associates in their former store, are they allowed to come back into the store and talk to whomever the manager on duty is?
