Stop looking at the screen as if you think we are trying to rip you off. We're not (but we are always on alert if YOU are!)

2, Stop telling the cashiers to take x amount off your order. Just taking a picture of the tag doesn't do it. I just can't take whatever off just because you say so.

3. If you are an Instacart or Uber shopper, cut the attitude. I have been with Kroger for 11 years and have seen it all.

4. Know how much is on your WIC or EBT card BEFORE you shop. It is not my responsibility if the card comes up as declined.

5. Please buy reasonable food on EBT-I had a lady buy a $41 cut of meat on EBT the other day and it took all my strength not to cuss her out. Even I don't buy meat that expensive.

6. Don't come in my store smelling of marijuana. Enough said. ABIDE

I don't know why they're pushing this juneteenth bs? In the 1800's this made since. In the 21st century not so much. It's like people not understand when you're family has been 4+ generations in the states you can shed off the ancestry part of your name.

I wish my store had bbq.We used to do it for holidays and then we got a new lead store manager who decided it was taking up too much room in the back when not in use so he had it put outside behind the store(a high theft store) and it was promptly stolen in only a few days.No more BBQ.

I usually don't eat free food because of the following:

1. We usually get day old expired sh'it that they didn't want to toss out.

2. Any retailer I've worked fails to properly follow proper food safety standards. So you're more likely to get sick from this free food than enjoy it.

3. The bbq only gets used once a year and they store it in the back room gathering dust and other micro bacteria that will more than likely make you sick. One year we had a mouse make a nest in it and they still used it. Yea after that I was done with work potlucks. I'm not joking on this.

4. I know the sanitation of most of my coworkers and they do not properly wash their hands. Maybe 4 in 10 of you actually wash your hands after restroom use. Yes fail to wash your hands after restroom use. Or fail to wash your hands before beginning to grab free food from the break room. If I can get to food right away when they put it out I'll take some of it. If I have missed that opportunity I'll pass on it. After an hour most of the perishable food has gone bad and or it looks like a hungry mob went after it and tore it up.

5. Eating habits of coworkers. Let's face it 3 in 5 coworkers just leave their half eaten nasty sh'it on the break room tables exposed and failed to toss out. Not only is this unsanitary we are not your janitors. I have also seen coworkers pick up food, take a bite and put it back. Just take the whole thing break off half of it and toss it out don't put the nasty aff food back into the container!

6. The break room doesn't get cleaned frequently. If the courtesy clean it they do the restrooms first, use the same nasty gloves to clean the break room tables and work wonders why I do not like eating in the break rooms. The microwave never gets cleaned out so it's gross half the time. The fridge is literally a science experiment filled with sh'it half the time.

7. Some stores I've worked at the break room is in a disgraceful area in the store because corporate doesn't give a sh'it. Raise your hand if you've ever worked a location where the break room was a small medium rectangular sized area behind seafood. So the whole break room stunk of seafood and if you left your cloths in there after a while they would absorb the odor of that seafood so you basically stunk like seafood all day long. A s tore or two I worked at had this and I had to eat in my car because of it.

These are reasons I don't eat at potlucks any more.
