I'm glad our company placed a daily limit because we should have been doing red bags since our lead came on a couple years ago. He's refused to do more than one a day if even that. Our lead is throwing a tantrum about doing this one extra duty he deems as "useless". There's a lot of bs our department isn't doing and I'm glad corporate is getting their affes in our department after our daily micromanaging picture walks show them where we fall short on. It is also showing who is the weak links in our team and where they need improvement. I knew this department was a dysfunctional family clutter f'ck mess when I transferred in but I didn't realize it was this bad. I'm glad our lead can't get out of his bs and scraping the corners any more.
