My coworker is a clerk just like us but she's been mucking with our team's schedule to better suit the day so her a$$ does not have to do any more work than she has to. She has no say in being able to modify the schedule and after months of this bs I've had enough. At first I didn't mind now she's just taking advantage of it. I told the manager about her tinkering and modifying the schedule and he said I'm right she has no say in this. He ended it. No more schedule modifications last minute then telling me before she goes home. I also told them if she continues I'm filing a union grievance.
Manager is no longer allowing my coworker to modify our schedules as she has no authority to do so. I usually don't mind being flexible but this is getting a bit old.
My coworkers are also realizing what a real rotating random shuffling schedule is like due to the fact our scheduler is lazy and has just been cloning the schedule since 2-3 years ago.
