Please fill out the annual survey they legally can not fire or write you up for an unfavorable review unless it's filled with swears and super aggressive language. I write up what I want to say then have claud professionalize it because I wouldn't want my mouth to fire me. If you don't want to say anything in the fields that say "you rated low please fill out why". You don't have to say anything just put n/a (no answer). That's all I do some times. They can't fire you for one staring the store. Three stars is the most I've ever given any manager at best. 

If you wish to leave a reply it is under the final page entry where you select other and paste it into the damn tiny field. I noticed over the years they have reduced it because I use to do almost 10 pages of this store sucks here's why reviews. Last few years they've reduced it to 6 pages I think. I think i was told ai reads the surveys now so you can be a little less formal than you use to be. I sure the hell am not rating our lead highly because he's a mean alcoholic who can hold their liquor.
