Customer with a Washington state WIC card said they automatically block the cards the 1st of every month and you have to sign in to access your account. Customer told me this happened with her as she just moved to Georgia from there. She also had a hard time to get her items here paid w/the card. Are there any restrictions to using WIC out of the state where it was originally issued?
