For my two decades with this company jackets have always been allowed. They are now a terminatable offence which is total bs when you 1 already work in a cold environment then your'e told to dress in poor quality tshirts with zero warmth. If they keep getting pissy with me for working in a stocking position and requiring a jacket I will speak up about this. I got a dr note and will give it to them if they step me aside again. Please fight this new uniform rule. If they want us to dress in layering they need to give us a shirt 2 sizes larger so we can be incompliance. They have jackets but they are considered laundered equipment and thus company standard.
