Our company has policies against alcohol and I'm honestly tired and fed up working with our functioning alcoholic lead. He's a disrespectful little mf'ker who is so self centered he only cares about him self.  He's all mouth and never actually takes action. He verbally hara$$es staff and management into getting his way. He unethically works against the  clock and management is allowing it. Despite multiple people complaining about it and his behavior. I'm surprised the company has allowed him to last this long with a questionable before story and questionable work record. If our lead isn't doing his assigned shift start and still putting in tons of unapproved over time I will report it. You f'ck with my schedule and I'll make sure you're being ethical and your'e not being ethical.
