I'm usually easy going but I didn't think a coworker same level as you could modify or muck with your schedule. This occurs on almost a weekly basis and I'm getting fed up with it. Our lead has zero power and I'm more offended our manager isn't doing anything about it. Now she's changed her schedule I'm still getting my 3 days off and she's b'ch'n about how I'm not there one day now. That one is on you dear not me. Oh, when we swap shifts show up for your damn shift if it happens one more time I'm informing the manager you can't be doing this any more. I'm not here to be taken advantage of.
