Is it just a place to vent or does someone from Kroger actually read it? Not that it would do any good.

Anybody know how I reach OSHA? I've asked the union rep 3 times. I'd call Risk management, but the head honcho has been to the store, seen the violations and turned his head, I guess, cause nothing has been done.

This forum was initially set up as a place for people to, for lack of a better term, BASH Kroger. Early revisions to the format and to the "Welcome" post redefined it's purpose to be somewhat more useful. I would say that the intent remains multifaceted - if you want to vent, fine. If you want convey information or ask questions, good. Even if people just want to chat or compare their different situations, that's good too. The bottom line is that, although I have moved on to better things, I was a Kroger employee for over 11 years and I am providing this forum for Kroger employees to use, so please do. As to whether any Kroger management ever looks at these posts, I don't know, but I doubt it. It was always my experience that they gave little to no consideration as to how employees were affected by company or management decisions and policies. For all of you who are still stuck at Kroger, just remember- it's only a job...
