, If for any reason an employer took long break (30 minutes or over) will he/she still get paid for their break? or the computer system will shift it to no pay? what everyone input about this?

My store has about 5-8 call outs a day. Is that normal? I know the job sucks but you are given a job and half the people don't want to work it. Management won't hold people accountable for their actions. I have good attendance and rarely call out if at all and management was thrilled to have a reliable work...

I was always told if youre scheduled 6 hours you get a lunch if you want it. And over 7 you have to take one. But a guy today got upset when a department head told him his 6 1/2 hour shift didnt get him a lunch. This is Indiana btw which has no state law on lunches.
