Went to my old store after getting off work. Was hoping since I got off early, I could get some meat sliced at the deli. Well walk by at 5:30 and they were closed. And I don't remember the last time the bakery was open after 3:30. Yet the sign on the meat case says open until 9

Not looking forward to this. SPECTRE kitchens or whatever they want to call them. Seems like k will be renting out unprofitable space. Who will be the poor souls who do the work?

I have spent pretty minimal time as a cashier, but this has already happened to me so much I was wondering if anyone else has had this. When I get done scanning and tell the customer their total, and they stare blankly at me like I'm an idiot, and then I realize that they have already put their card in. And I g...

YES! Already a couple cases of the delta plus have surfaced. This is what you all get for not taking it seriously. Least these variants will really thin the herd.

Mask mandate is looming over the horizon again. Time to sweat, have a rough time breathing, and get irate customers who fight with the rule to enter the store with a mask. is the toilet paper safe? Should the animals run and hide so these ungrateful humans eat less? is there enough masks and sanitizer fo...

Will there be more hazard pay? Seen some reports about even younger people having a rough time getting over this or getting really sick. Are any of yall worried if you didnt get vaccinated about contracting this variant? Im curious of peoples thoughts about this.

So this might sound like a dumb question, but this is my first job and I haven't learned this yet. I've heard about write-ups, but I don't know what all they entail, specifically who can issue them and what happens to you if you get written up? For context I am a CC on the FE

I am! Rainbow cakes, Pride Month display (including wine), and that stupid memo we had to read about non-discrimination. Thank god we didn't have to sign it. Did anyone else have to read the memo too?

I do not trust my store management. One person in particular has both said and done some really shady stuff (including actively breaching the Union contract) and I simply do not trust anything they are saying. I wanted to record a conversation I had with them (audio only) for my protection in case I ne...

So I saw this product today. Strangely enough, I didn't fin it in the aisle where all the water is. I only found it in one of the reshop carts. It's water that has been infused with extra hydrogen. It claims to give you increased energy among other health benefits. Oh, and it costs like $3 for a 16 ounce pouc...

I am confused about the Atlanta contract, when do pay raises actually go into effect? They said the week of the 18th but pay stub is still showing original pay

I was hired at Kroger 2 or 3 months ago. I recived very little training, and still sometimes feel like I have no ****ing clue what I'm doing. Is there any employee hand book (hopefully avalable online)?
