We had a conference call and the message was clear, covid is over as far as Kroger is concerned. We're still wearing masks, still getting temperature checks but all the covid-related hours are gone and won't be back. We're just supposed to "move on" and "go back to normal." Forget the cleaning, those h...

What do I have to do to get set hours? This November will be my two years with Kroger, in the deli department. I've run myself ragged even before this whole pandemic thing (even my manager has admitted, several times, that she depends on me too much). Not only does she usually have set hours of 5am-1pm (wh...

I was moved into a cashier role and they expect me to start work tomorrow without having completed the training modules. I wasnt r...

It seems like we are getting more shoplifters due to the pandemic. Does anybody have any tips on how to watch for and stop them?

I have clicked on PASSPORT a dozen times, and easily and quickly have changed my password at that link. NOW, the "PASSPORT" choice has disappeared. I assume they have changed things aga...

This happened while I was out on carts one day. A customer came up to a lane and started to have their order rang up. When it came time to pay they tried to use a check. The cashier told them that a photo ID was required. Now this is where it gets interesting. The customer asks if they can have said ID made for th...

Dear corporate please offer another option to customers that don't have a working advantage card number. Did you realize most people don't have one that's functioning nor correctly connected. As a cashier I am finding that most customers do not have their number correctly set up or never attached a...
