I am not at all surprised most of you failed to read and comprehend the contracts we signed. Most of my coworkers are surprised or clueless what they voted for. This is why you read the damn contract. You people just cowered voted to not strike. Grow a damn back bone.

Can an individual file a disability claim, if they are employed?

Every store has a small hand full of customers that take advantage of discount programs and some of them really bad. Management gave me the "Okay" to tell them "No" from here on out. It's one thing to say "Can I get a discount on this? It's eligible to standards." It's fine if it's like a one time thing here...

Many staff in my area recently got the retro check for the union contract agreement. Many of my fellow coworkers didn't get a pay check this week. If you didn't get one contact corporate and inquire about this issue. It's illegal to not get paid.

Last week I had quite the b---itch asking for "good" "fresh" product from the back, usually I don't mind getting it but then she kept making snarky rude demining comments about it even though it was perfectly passable by company standards and my store has very high standards. If you're going to paw thr...

Manager hired an pea head in the department. Apparently, the employee does not know how to communicate, no critical thinking, asked the manager "can I go to the bathroom?" This employee works in an department that requires critical thinking. Is this equality or DEI?

I was taught to be thankful for what I had even if it was second hand, well used but the item still got the job done. Or even if it was food and it wasn't perfect and beautiful or in the most prime condition of edible. If it doesn't make you sick eat it. I'm tired of kroger training customers to want the best of t...

Is it that unusual for that many MOD to be transferred out to different stores all at once?

I remember why I am getting sick of this job. It didn't help my current store manager has been treating me like dirt all year long and I'm getting fed up. After several ethics, a few union calls and some corrective actions, he has backed off a little. However, if the bs starts up again I will file an eeoc aga...

Heard from my Union rep that 431 is in a mess with the current management. I have had telephone exchanges with Ingrid and she was VERY rude. 441 not much better, 3 MOD were transferred out and the store manager has a string of complaints against her (the most recent one filed last week.) WTH is going on?!?...
