Pharmacy Department has drama and the drama originated from the pharmacist. Your medications will be delay a bit. Don't yell at the employees and don't harass the employees.

Work load is unevenly distributed. People can make up or do what ever shift(s)/hours they want. Even if it means tons of over time. We have two people who have ghost quit and they've even gone as far as to refuse to work. Due to union protection and management not doing anything; they keep getting away...

I don't know if this is just Louisville Division or if it's widespread but I've talked with several people in different stores who have said that Kroger didn't deduct their health insurance premium from their paycheck. Check your paystubs.
