The endless stream of bologna-flavored alphabet soup from the Kroger inspired my to create an acronym that I will not speak aloud but will be thinking sometimes. Stands for I Don't Know And I Can't Find Out. I'm so terribly sorry and have a great thank you for shopping at (brand store).

Any one else getting pissed off customers regarding the new cash back policy? Attach a fee to any thing regardless of the total and they get pissed.

2 courtesy clerks at the location I work at as a cashier are now cashiering, but they are still being paid the courtesy clerk hourly rate. What is the likelihood that these 2 courtesy clerks will be paid the hourly rate of a cashier?

Every year for the past 12 years I've taken the same 2 weeks off every year. The week for Thanksgiving and the week for Christmas. Today, I found out that the department manager changed those weeks without telling me. I did not agree to this and I will not be in town. What can I do?

Our st ore keeps getting bags without handles and this is creating a ton of customer complaining. It got so bad we stripped the front end of all handled bags and forced people to take no handle bags.
