My CSC told me that if hit refill all bills under cash maintenance it recycles the cash. Is this true?

Our store closes for cashier service at 11PM. All courtesy clerks and utility people/front end clock out at 11PM if they are scheduled at that time. 11PM to 1AM is SCO. What is your store policy in regards to carts left in the parking lot after your store closes for regular cashier service?

I'm a dedicated customer at Kroger and I hate hearing the same songs play on the audio in the store, but this Kroger Family song by Carlos is one I wouldn't mind listening to over and over. It's different and makes me feel appreciated. I support the the song. Good luck to you Carlos.

We got notice on the front end that we are to tell customers that they are no longer allowed to take their small carts outside anymore to unload their groceries. Is this something Kroger is doing companywide? I don't see this as good customer service .
