Part of Restock Kroger is wage rate increase in some markets. Why not all markets? All associates in all states are expected to do the same kind of job in their departments, some of them will be paid more but not everybody in all states? I wonder why can't everybody get a raise, it's not really fair.

It is for failure to follow OE life cycle. It is true that I've forgotten to do residual scans so I'm okay with the reason but it's unfair...
