How do I deal with a bitter lightly racist F.E.S.? My F.E.S. has extreme favoritism towards individuals of color. He is black and I am Caucasian. It is reverse racism. A lifer told me something strange, while we were talking about our thanksgiving schedules. She told me that you get paid during the holiday even if you don't work. Not time and a half, but regular pay. I was like whaaaat, that doesn't make sense. So now I'm asking you guys. Is that true?
