Its a Pain when we are on 2 week scheduling and we cant keep people that long anymore... People quit left and right or wont show up. I wish Kroger would go back to 1 week it would make our lives much easier.

I am a department head on nights. I like my job. It's not bad. I find myself behind all the time lately. I have missed far too many days due to lack of sleep or illness. How do I balance everything? I really need a clone or two but that isn't possible.
