I telephoned the 1-800 number, the recorded message indicated that everything was down, Kroger was working with "vendors" and had no idea what the "ETA" for fixing the system would be, ..."there is no "work around." This is worthless and Kroger has no ides what it is doing as usual.

For the past two months or so I've been placing the refund slips immediately inside the till bag located in underneath the till. I'll immediately open up the till after the customer signs it, lift the till up then place it into the bag. Bookkeeping keeps telling me my slips do not make it to the office....

do they match 4% for hourly employees? I've seen straight no. I've seen yes if member contributes 5%. I've seen if employee has worked for atleast 1 year and contributes 5%. seems there is no set one answer which is strange.
