I don't just mean store managers, I mean department heads too. Their associates talk crap about them behind their backs and they reward them. The ones that talk the most crap get rewarded. In fact you don't even have to do it behind their backs, you can do it to their face and get rewarded.

Here is the deal at my store, I work in the fuel Department and was told when I started that we got two 15-minute breaks a day and I have been here for almost 4 years and still have not received one break we aren't allowed to have a microwave or a fridge but they can keep us in this little building for 8 hours str...

On Greatpeople.com how it has the search and pops up the store and store number after you put there name in? Since I can't use greatpeople anymore since i left is there an alternativ...

The future is not looking good for kroger in my opinion, do you guys seriously think kroger will still be in business in the next 15 to 20 years? or what if kroger decides to sell it to another company? god forbid not walmart.

I saw these people walking around our store the other day. They were wearing red Kroger T-shirts and name tags. I didn't get a chance to ask them what they were doing here. Does anybody know? Did they come to your store as well?

Some of the phones act like normal with the extension listed but other ones on the floor say "please lift for assistance." What exactly are the purpose of these and where do they ring to? Has anyone done any serious research in to the best options available. The retirement date funds all include Kroger and I can see the end for this company coming sooner than later. The US all cap fund seems to be my only choice. Any thoughts?
