I got my employee discount kroger card today. I registered it online. My manager said it is linked to my employee number. if I put in a phone number for an alternate ID on the kroger website is that going to erase my employee number from the card?

I may have accidentally taken two photocopied coupons. I was checking the numbers (which were small print) but the customer was rushing me and being rude to me the whole time. Could I lose my job for this? They were $2 off coupons, if that matters.
