Is it better than the front end. I cashier right now. Do you get benefits if you work in the fuel center? Are you treated like a courtesy clerk. Please describe. I like cashiering but hate front end people. Which department is better. Thanks.

Just in the past week, there have been stories of a customer having her window smashed out by a pedestrian, someone shot DEAD in a parking lot, one abandoned baby (today!), and that is just this week! All at local Kroger stores here. What crime has happened in your lot and how is your store responding?

I recently got hired for the click list position I go to the training center tomorrow for orientation. But I have a couple questions: do I have to call the store to get on the schedule ? How will I know where to go after I clock in will they tell me? what will my first day be like ? - from a nervous employee

I'm only on my second day and I don't feel like this job is for me. In not getting the best training and don't feel confident on my own yet. I keep thinking of just not showing up for work. I don't know how long I can stand it but I really need a job
