I started out in Kroger last September... I was one of the few fortunate ones who was immediately topped out due to high experience pay.
I just checked my job step and it says 700...What does this mean? I was under the impression that at step 500 you were topped out.

I am guessing that you work in the Atlanta Area, bc mine just jumped from 500 to 700. The reason it did is the new union contract was ratified and just went into effect last Sunday.
