I transferred to another Kroger store but in another state/division.I've been with the company full time for thirty years....do my pay change

So far I know that there's 3 positions. A lead, backup, customer attendant and picker. Could anyone tell me what the customer attendant does? I have seen the job description, but I'd like to know what the position does from someone who actually does it. Thanks!

Can Atlanta division stores offer experience pay to CCs or Cashiers? How high can they go? I had 10 months of experience as a CC a few months that's back, and have a month of POS experience.
