As in, does Kroger actually care about it? I've heard wonderful things about greatpeople so I don't know how much I should trust it. I don't want to end up accidentally skipping work when I just started here.

so I've been working at Kroger for a month now and they stress to notify customers of the survey. I do so with every customer. one of the girls even told me we get a $5 GC or something if they do it and it's highly satisfied. So how do I know when they do so and I get a good review? How do I get paid From that?

What is the official policy on this? I know you're expected to be on time at clock-in but is there anything rule/guideline that states anything similar to "after x amount of times being late you're written up/suspended/terminated" ? I can't find anything. There are days I get there early...
