In regards to Kroger subsidaries, such as Fred Myers, etc. Do they share the same HR and HR computer system? That is, if you crossed one, have you crossed them all? Or are they separate entities with their own HR and employment record system?

My store recently put signs on the doors, saying Shoes and Shirts Required. I know the weather is getting warmer, but seriously, who goes into public places barefoot? The shirtless thing is a whole other ball of icky, since most guys who go around shirtless are not exactly ripped.
