Every five minutes an employee tries to make me join the union, and I've said several times I don't want to and feel I dont make enough to even consider it since I need to save money. How should I handle this?

how do you go from full time status to part time when you were hired as a full time employee after 8 years I understand the 8 weeks of 40 hours but one strike and your out the president even gives you more than that
