How does Kroger calculate how many hours the front end earns. My manager was talking to be about it, as I had no idea how the budgeting of how many hours we get works. So for the week in question, the front end had 500ish sign on hours, but only earned 300ish for the following week, how does this process work...

New Supervisor here! I was looking at que, and had a quick question about the dips. If a supervisor gets a dip at 4:00, does that dip reflect 3:30-4:00 or 3:00-4:00? I've been told both ways, but the 3:30 to 4:00 option Doesn't make sense in my opinion.

My store does 50 grand in dry grocery every day, and we only have 4 employees that work at night on truck nights if they're lucky. 1 guy during the day. Store is always a wreck lol. What do you get to work with?
