I applied for customer first clerk and they send me an email saying "welcome aboard" or the onboarding portal. They send me this email about 3 days ago and I did not receive anything yet. Do I should call? or anyone know when it will be my first day?

I got payed 73 dollars for working 19 hours. When I tried to get it fixed they said they would add another five hours, but even then it wouldn't be enough.
