i put in for a transfer to another state and they DROPPED the ball! 4 hrs in to my last day they gave me transfer paperwork to get things started, i gave 3 weeks notice. my question is do they pay out vacation and such when they finally terminate my employment?

We have a customer who repeatedly stop by at ~11:50pm and is constantly shopping after 12. I do not mean, "Oh let me get the last item" either. She was asked to resign due to multiple call offs. If she applies to another kroger after a while, can she just say she resigned? would they be able to find out the reason why she was asked to resign at another kroger? I would appreciate your response. Thanks
