So someone called in in my department and they called me about coming in and I never answered. Can I get written up for not calling back? I really didn't feel like coming in today after I worked the past 8 days straight.

Our store has a MASSIVE Dairy department. It takes 5 full timers and 3 part timers to run it. Today, we're running it with 3 ft and 2 pt. You are embarrassing yourself trying too hard and making everyone not give a ****...they only promote the losers. Just relax and go facebook upstairs and you will have your store in no time. The Kroger way.

So as you know a courtesy clerk main task is to recover carts but as summer comes in the temperature rises up to 100 plus, any tips on staying clean/ smelling good? I usually just spray myself with cologne.

Will Kroger hire someone with a small criminal record? A while back i got a bull**** charge for something that was barely true. Anyway will Kroger hire someone with a record of sexual assault on a minor and or drug trafficking?

I am planning on putting my two weeks in this Saturday. I am going to write a letter of resignation, I was wondering who do I address/give this letter to(my department manager one, co-manager, or the actual store manager)?

Just back from suspension, 40 hour available guaranteed clerk, am scheduled only 24 hours. They did not know I was coming back until Friday. Schedule gets posted at noon on Fridays. Do I have a right to my 40 hours?

So, we just had a very odd situation come up on night crew. All of night crew was full time except for 2 people. I hear from the store manager that one of the part timers went full time, mind you somebody who is special needs and has no business being full time(sleeps on the clock all the time, steals time,...

I am working 6 days this week, and the holiday falls on Saturday, which is my 6th day for the week. Since the holiday falls on my 6th day, do I get my overtime for my hours over 40, plus holiday OT, plus my 8 hours? I am in the Cincinnati area. Thanks for any input. My work week is Sunday - Saturday.

I'm part-time and I getting a vacation the same week a full-time Supervisor is getting a vacation. I've already made plans. I didn't know this till last week. I've been at Kroger longer than they have. Who would get it?
