Another reason to be wrong because the employee will strain to make it right even when its wrong. why is it so hard to please some of the customers all the time and all of custome...

I try to block out most of the noise that filters through our speakers during my shift, and I'm usually successful at most of it, but every time I hear that STUPID crowd cheering commercial, it sounds like a 1980s Atari game. Or maybe one you would find in a bar somewhere.

Express hr hasn't been working for me this week. I tried getting on last night to view my pay stub because it usually comes out the night before I get paid on Thursdays. It doesn't even get to the log in screen and it just says "page can't be displayed". Last week it had worked just fine without a...

Don't you have a whole collection of them in your department by now? Stop it. Our last one was wrapped in duct tape that said BAKERY - DON'T STEAL and guess what, it's gone.

I got pulled off my register for a short training session and on the way back I started feeling some sudden stomach problems. My supervisor apparently didn't like that I went to the bathroom, timed me, and decided I didn't deserve my break. I don't think I really took 10 minutes, and even then it WAS need...

Am I allowed to ask my dept. head or manager questions I have about my job or Kroger in general or do I have to post them on some stupid Internet forum.

My w2 was sent to my old address instead of the new one I gave my manager. I don't work there anymore so I don't have employee access to the online w2 site but I need my W2! What else can I do? My store is little help.

I have been working Kroger for the past few mos. I am ready to quit because I have a better job in over a wk. I was told I have to work 2 days a wk at this Kroger to maintain employment. One week ago, I requested two days off on Kroger's website greatpeople.me. The two days in question come up in two weeks, and I really need them off. It still says "pending" online. Should I just be patient? Does it take this long to get approved? Or should I go talk to the store manager about...

My manager said he extended my probation 60 more days like WTF!!! Is this a good thing or a bad thing? A few weeks ago we had REALLY bad ice and snow so I called in.
