I keep seeing this posted around the stores. What exactly is Safety 360 and how is it different from our current program? It sounds like if you have an accident then it comes back around and its on you.

My store now has 3 different size carts that dont fit together. 1 size is the little 2 basket ones, and 2 different large ones, with the newer ones planned to phase out the older ones witch I dont see happening anytime soon. Does Kroger ever close or give their employees a "half day" in the event of bad weather such as icy roads? Or do they cut employees slack if they call in due to these conditions?

I have seen in said in several post that kroger is only concerned with the bare minimum when it comes to employees, hours, etc. What really is this "standard" because from what i see happening in my store it isnt helping any of the duties/things that must be done for the stores.
