I work in the Local 1996 Atlanta GA area. We have one woman in our store that has racked up SO many complaints and last year someone took her to court for what I believe was harassment. Our co-manager can't stand her and I notice our store manager takes his time in responding to her inquiries on the walkie....

Just got a memo about the "mystery shops" happening in the fuel center. Told my customer service lead that I am not a "trained animal in the zoo that smiles on command." She agreed with me but said she still had to give me the memo. My fuel lead just got a ms last week. WTF is happening to this company?!?
