Due to the company failing to keep staff on I am going back to part time. Full time at 6+ days a week just to get 40 hrs sucks. I'm so exhausted on my days off I can't even enjoy my days off. My first day off is just recovering from the work week. To exhausted do do anything even house work and play with the fami...

Our local store management and District Mgr are going crazy over Corporate dragging their heels on fixing our AC. My store manager was given the excuse of "the part is not in stock"-my Fuel lead was told it was going to be another week before it is fixed. 3 of us have already contacted the Union, 1 is think...

Due to the cost cutting measures of the company cutting hours it is only encouraging the increase of theft through self checkout. Too many people think they've scanned an item when in reality the system never recognized it. So they continue. The system is so finicky with weight that it pi--ss people...

I'm so tired of customers getting pissed off about side departments being closed mid day due to lack of staff. I can not tell you how many people ask if it's open when the lights are off and closed sign up. Same with the front end. Our store is only staffing cashiers in the register during prime times. Res...

2 team members doing nothing but walking around the store to flirt with the male employees for 5 hours! They get paid for walk around and flirt with men. One of the 2 employees-mom works at the same store. Lovely huh? Yet department manager says to one associate that I need to be managed. Heard her mom al...

Title says it all: Digital coupon system is horrid. Every week it's either one item or another that's broken. It's hell when it's a popular item.

Grocery (Drugs & GM) department hands down is the best. Then produce is second.

Dear customers: Please stop cutting in line. You suck! I'm so tired of getting several a day that can't just take their one fu--cken item through sco. This is insulting to those that actually wait in line. I can not tell you how many seniors use their age to cut in line. You should be a shamed. This is disre...

I dislike how customers will ask employees as if we're health consultant. An customer has asked about 7 employees in each different area on the sales floor about the same product and it was almost 3 hour conversation. Employees told him to seek an pharmacist, but even they had difficulty understandi...

What's the point in posting something and then saying you don't bother to check replies? You might as well just say what you want to say to an empty room. Besides, you might learn something.

Department manager retaliates passively by telling her employees to micromanage me because she was proved guilty.

I know that the gas prices haven't lowered by much, but at least they haven't kept climbing. I don't know about the rest of you, but I've had to watch the gauge reach a certain level and keep how much I spend at the same amount. And I couldn't quite get a full tank. Then one day, I do the same routine. Stop at th...

In my department our team leader says the scan wasnt done right its never done right why do it if the inventory numbers are worse than before it was done. Is it like that in all stores?

I went to do my shopping when I got off work and noticed some of the aisles have an extra shelf on top of what used to be the top shelf. There's a strip on the shelf saying to ask for help if you need something from there. Has anyone else seen this, and why did they do this?

I can not tell you how many customers get so offended when they see employees continue to wear masks. In most states it's optional to wear masks. Some areas mask more heavily than others. Deal with it. Customers please stop harassing employees to remove their masks. We wear them because we want to. We w...
