Starbucks is finally cracking down on understaffed starbucks kiosks. I float between 2 stores for hours and shop at a third. I've noticed starbucks is finally saying enough being shorts staffed. Get your departments fully staffed to keep the kiosks open or risk being finned again. I agree 100% with...

As if kroger didn't gain enough millions during the pandemic. Now they're advertising a special boost program for customers. I wonder how many customers will be naïve enough to fall for this scam? This will create a new level of customers arguing and bi--tching about how they're not getting the low...

I've read on here about how employees creep other people out at other stores. But, I never thought that I would encounter one. Until now. About a half-a-year ago the store took on a new hire. I gave the benefit of the doubt to see how he would turn out. By the way, I'm the head bagger and he is one of the bagg...

Grocery and GM, prepare your sanity (or what's left of it :( ) for what's to come. You can't escape their distinct flavor, or having to stock them.

I can not tell you how many customers leave their trash scattered all over the store and more so my pet peeve on the check stand. Please ask for a fu-c-ken trash can. I've started getting really nippy with people just abandoning their sani wipes or liquor boxes on the check stands. Please ask for a fu-cke...

How many drunks does your store have? If you notice people coming in multiple times a day don't hesitate to cut them off. We have multiple regulars and they're in twice an hr trying to buy liquor. Don't hesitate to cut them off even if they get pi-ssy about it. Remember your job is more important than som...

Dear customers: Please stop brining your rotten or nasty half eaten food back for returns just bring the receipt or the barcode or just tell us it was bad. We'll honor a refund unless you do it too often. This is disgusting. I can not tell you how many nasty pieces of food I see each day. Just toss that shi-...

My company recently disabled the 21+ bypass button for liquor and we have to scan all id's regardless of age. No valid id for liquor no sale. Even if you're 95+ and don't have a valid one. Goodness people sure can get pissy about it. And yes if a customer is an @$$ hole about refusing to present id we have to...
