I am a Kroger manager, and the hardest part of my job is putting up with hacks like you guys.
There are way to many managers in our stores, and they don't do anything. We can't even get them to write people up for not doing their jobs. But thank you for your lovley post, it makes me realise that it's not just our store that's lucky enough to have incompitant managers, it's other stores too.
