A lady I work with was forced out of her position that she had for 8 years. She has no write up and work to satisify 2 department managers. When a new Store manager and new Department manager came in they told her "by the way Monday someone is coming in to take your place" along with losing the position she also had to take a $3.00 an hour pay cut.
she could sue... if she didnt have any written documentation against her and they demoted her that is violation of kroger policy and to be frank it is complete and total bull ****
