A lady I work with was forced out of her position that she had for 8 years. She has no write up and work to satisify 2 department managers. When a new Store manager and new Department manager came in they told her "by the way Monday someone is coming in to take your place" along with losing the position she also had to take a $3.00 an hour pay cut.

That's the Kroger way. Get someone in there that they can pay less for the same job.

If this person was an apartment head they may take it form you with out any notice. Sorry no law suit.
