I work at a Kroger in Arkansas. We are getting new uniforms. Right now we wear a shirt with a red collar and the rest of the shirt is black and grey striped. We're suppose to get our new uniform's at the first of the year. I heard we're going to look like a Wal-mart employee (blue collared shirt w/khaki's) Uck!! I really don't care about the shirt, but I don't want to wear khaki's. Right now we wear jeans. Is anyone else getting new uniforms?
i work at the krogers in point place ohio and i heard were getting new uniforms too. the hiring manager told me that. but right now we can weaar any kind of pants just no blue jeans. can be any color but blue.
Night stockers shouldn't even be required to wear a uniform. Who the hell am I going to impress? The inter-racial couple that shops late night to avoid stares and people who wear theyre pajamas to shop?.The uniforms are cheap and thin. No durability whatsoever. THe pants don't fit worth a damn. YOu'd just as well wrap a Kroger newspaper add around your ass and show up.
I just got hired there for the bakery and they told me I can't even start if I don't have black slacks. I'm used to working in a bakery, used to have a family business, one thing I never had was black slacks, plenty khaki, of course. Because everyone knows black clothing and Flour is a horrible combination. I just don't get it ONLY BLACK PANTS ARE ACCEPTABLE at least in Texas.
