We just had a show and tell session for Mid Atlantic Managers today about the Key Retailing B.S. And I'll be damned if they weren't arrogant and rude. They wouldn't even move out the way for customers when listening to the Kroger propaganda. We sure as hell lost several customers today!
And why the hell if our overall checkout time is slow, why take out the bags behind the register and slow us down even more? What a bunh of dumbasses kroger managers are!

Key Retail is a scam that someone got a kickback from....It was purchased and millions spent for it. Its not going anywhere soon.Alot of successful retailers have never heard of it and those who have heard of it want nothing to do with it. It creates wasted hours,extra work that costs hours and useless paper work. They taken a simple job and turned it into building a rocket for NASA.
