Need Some Advice About Dairy...

So, I've been doing bread and stuff, and today was my day to start helping the dairy section. This Wednesday...I'm scheduled to work a shift where there are NO managers or other people that have been there longer than me. Just myself, lonesome, and a little worried. What should I do?...Or what do they usuall do...I need some help. Thank You!

Dairy is relatively easy you don't have a lot of customer interaction.Basically you just look for items that are low out on the sales floor then go back to the cooler grab all the items you need and fill it up.

Deliman is exactly right. Roll out the stock cart or tray and fill the holes.

actually you get alot of customers bugging you i usetoo work there before........ first off its like a cycle u want to keep doing the samethings over and over again....... First start off by filling up the milk then work your way to all the dairy items then next to the eggs then juice......... keep doing this process...... if you have time work on backstock like yougurt/ cheese/biscuits....... but before you clock out make sure you face your department and fill up the milk/eggs and juice and that should be all.....
