all the night stockers that are black either got fired bc of stealing or got demoted to a bagger for being to slow and not trying harder....

Yes you are correct on this. Face it there's trash in every race even whites, ethnic, oriental and all races.
I've started finding my self facing targeted harssment from a couple of black customers. I'm white (mixed) but the white shows so people view me as white. I'm honestly sick of black people target harassing whites for no reason. I'm there to work in piece and have no grudge against you. But because of the history between our two races, it apparently gives you the right to be shi--ty to the opposite race for no reason. We're in the 21st century and should be past racisim but we are not. I've never experienced it before where black people would come in and racially profile a white (eg me) and it's honestly getting old. They frequently play the old tear game and reverse it when they get called out. This isn't cool. Unless you want karma to be a bi--tch you'll honestly think twice about it before it happens to you if you target me.
At my store, we don't have a lot of Black people working here. Our problem are the BROWNS. DEI hires that still exist despite the flyer for "DEI Community Advocate" existing and it disappearing when Trump become President again. Very suscpicious. They make excuses to leave the front end. Go outside to get carts, hide behind a car, talk, on their cellphones, etc. Most have this inbred, moronic haircut. We have a Pajeet that runs one of the U-Scans and smells weird/gross.
The only Black we have I find annoying is the one who is at CS 99% of her shift holding up the counter. She does NO physical work and has this ANNOYING nasally voice.
Our store plays some horrible, disgusting music including Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, and "music" kids shouldn't be listening to. I have over ear clip earbuds. Just loud enough to drown out that crap but can still people talking so I can help if needed.
Those DEIs are protected. Any minimally competent manage would've fired all of them by now. Thing is, the people at our store with a good work ethic and I KNOW this and management does nothing. *At this store 3 years now and we're on our THIRD set of managers.
