I bet all of you can relate to this subject. I work with a woman who makes it well known of other people's mistakes, forgetting things, over looking, I learned quick not to talk about anything related to work or issues of other co-workers. I befriended A new hire whom made me aware of this. since no one else would tell me (sarcasticly ment)Still i do not share my aggravations with her bc she has a mouth and knows how to use it. Back to the subject.... Mrs. Snitch is no better, this has been confirmed. She is not a good worker at all. bc she's been there longer she has senority of shift pref. She is late, worsens work load of co-workers and is lazy, strictly bare min. Why on Gods green earth is she still there? people can bairly stand to work with her. And worst of it all, she pretends to like you. We make the money bc the job has tob done and she rides on the shoulder of those who accually work. Im getting sooooo sick of the grin and bare it.
Hi Ive worked with people like this all my life. What you are up against here is someone who throws up firewalls all over the place to cover up there own inadequacis. Best ive found to tackle this one is to fight fire with fire without making it too obvious anyway good luck and never let the bastards grind you down :)
get a security tab and put in her pocket when she leaves it will beep and if your really nasty put something else in the jacket along with the security strip. theft and good bye problem. thanks masterblaster
