It is a crying sham that people had came to being this way, But again Kroger is changing them self so much to be able to stay on top of the market that they are pushing their employees to their limits, with very little help. Cutting hours, adding more work then what one person can do ect....., do it or it's your job. I have seen some of the most friendly employees say to customers can't talk right now have to get this or that done, these are customers that would come to the store to be able to talk with employees, and now they are going to other places where they can find someone to take the time to speak with them and make them feel welcome. I think that it would be so much better for Kroger to really go back to customer first and not worry about trying to stay on top of the market. Because really when we go shopping we go where we feel welcome and just someone to spend a dollar to make some companies bottom line look better. Push your employees to their limits and something else most go.
