I've been at kroger for 2 years... and i remember i got a bunch of forms in the mail for insurance after my year but i didn't need it then cause i was under my parents, but now i need it, does anybody know how to activate it or whatever?
If you qualify, then sign up is once or twice a year I believe. Check with your human services personnel for the store. If they don't know, then make them find out. If they don't want to find out for you, call corporate(which they don't want).
in the midatlantic kroger, you have to call the union. the union is the one who administers the insurance for both union and non-union employees. your manager or the store's union stewards will have the telephone #.
you have 2 union reps in your store. go talk to them about filling out your insurance papers and if they cannot help you them go talk to your manager and they should be able toi help you out.
