Funny $hit. Grocery Dept Manager on suspension for sexual harassment of a nice looking lady vendor. Store 507 in Columbia TN. Lets see where the execs take this. Currently on suspension, his mother has worked there for years so can she pull strings and get him off?

What type of lawsuit is Kroger liable for this? Anyone ever had this happen at the Kroger they work at? What type of punishment for this accusation? Immediate Termination?

Well you get suspended then a internal inquiry and if found guilty then your fired
I'm @ 437 I've had guys grab my ass but there isn't anything you can do about it really because unlike a vendor you have to come back to the store and face his friends

I heard its 0 Tolerance.

It can bring a angry husband or boyfriend into the workplace. With all the shootings and crazy stuff these days it can endanger the other employees. Imagine a jealous and crazy spouse  shooting all over the place. Alot of the instore employees is watching this to see if he gets away with it due to his mother working there as a Lifer. I believe trash talk with fellow employees is one thing, but a outside vendor that doesn't work side by side and doesn't know the character or this person is just BS'er is out of place.

We'll just have to wait and see. Witness's heard and signed statements saying he told her "he was gonna bend her over and ###k her in the a$$". She's married and has a child. Overheard by her superior that was with her and another witness. Gonna be hard to dodge this bullet.

Guys in Limbo. Told it could take 3 months to decide his fate. If suspended he isn't getting paid because only "naughty people " get suspended. And they don't give you a paid vacation for being naughty. Probably waiting for him to quit and go to work somewhere else since no money coming in. He hasn't worked in 6 weeks which brings him below the requirements for FT, probably dropped to PT without ins., But to have ins you have to make 22.5 weekly. No ins even on a PT scale. Lower pay scale also from FT to PT. Dude will probably quit after losing all that. Hard Lesson Learned.

You can talk dirty to fellow employees because they have to come back and work beside you. Don't talk dirty to female vendors as they don't have to play by Krogers rules and they don't have to put up with it.
