I haven't a clue to what the alot of you are crying about. I been working at krogers for 2 years now. Yes I have been wrote up. A number of times I might add, even suspended for 4 days. damn I still work there to. btw they start people with no background in the industrie at $7.25 an hour some times .25c+ more. where I work assist, managers start at or around $11.90 an hour. Managers, not sure but could be more. top pay up to $25.00 an hour, wtf are you all crying about, that your boss is a hard ass, welcome to the real world thats life. now the ones that truly are dicks and cross the fine line of respect. just play the kroger game and see what u can do to make his life hell and your easy. life is a game people only thing is its a blood sport. Your life depends on how you play.
Minimum wage is now $7.25.. Even in a fast food joint. Management makes the store.$hitty management then $hitty morale. If your surrounded by mentally and physically handicapped people and expected to perform at the highest level with increases constantly while they cruise on making what you make, then knock yourself out.Kroger loves to hire handicapped people, the government pays Kroger to hire them and part of their pay. They subsidize them. Kroger would fill the store with as many as they can and a few normals, and guess what? Your gonna finish the job when they can't, and its applied to the stores hours, so when they need to cut hours they'll cut yours and expect the same results.
Me, I hate having to shoot flames out of my a$$ to cover their inability to be productive even at the lowest scale.
Yo Tec if you really think life is just a game then wait until it hits you hard you little pawn. Working at Kroger for two years and saying it's not that bad...pssh that has to be coming from someone who is not too smart in the head eh? What exactly do you think you can afford or pay off with Kroger wages and hours? Then again playing the game and just taking a ride by living with your parents for your whole life might be fun eh?
