I think we need a PT Appreciation Day. Its a day all the FT have a wear a t-shirt that says " Hug a part TImer or Kiss Their Ass" Then on the back it could say :Part Timers...............Making it so much easier for the FT's to coast and at only 1/2 the cost.
true that. like full time night stockers working for 8 hours and taking care of how many isles? oh yeah, 1! and part time night stockers foing 2,3,and sometimes 4 isles? And then you get "talked to" because u didnt finish
Or how about them grabbing the PT's as they come in to work a little 4-5 hour shift and getting them on the isle to stock as much and as fast as possible leaving the FT the strenuous task of blocking it and loafing for 2-3 hours.
Quick, get that part timer to the isle, everything he puts out, we don't have to.
